- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
(Break: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
(Break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
- Closed on Thursdays and public holidays.
Consultation Fee
- Appointment Fee: HK$250 (excluding medication and delivery service fees)
Delivery Service Charges
- Kowloon District: Starting from HK$150 per delivery
- Hong Kong and New Territories: Starting from HK$200 per delivery
Note: Delivery service is not available for outlying islands, border restricted areas, Discovery Bay, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Tai Po, Wai Chow, Sai Kung (except Tseung Kwan O), and any village houses or villas that are inaccessible by vehicle.
Steps for Home Patient Telemedicine Consultation
- Patients must schedule an appointment via WhatsApp.
- A clinic representative will contact you to arrange registration and payment. Payment for the appointment fee must be completed within one hour of registration.
- The representative will confirm the consultation date and time via WhatsApp.
- Patients should prepare a device with video and audio communication capabilities and join the consultation at the designated time.
- After the consultation, the doctor will prescribe medication as needed.
- Medication and delivery will be arranged after payment is completed.
Expected Medication Delivery Arrangements
- Consultations before 2:00 PM: Medication will be delivered on the same day.
- Consultations after 2:00 PM: Medication will be delivered on the next working day.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions.
Remarks
- This service is not applicable for insurance claims, medical cards, medical vouchers, or other discounts.
- If the patient is unable to attend the scheduled telemedicine consultation, the service will be canceled, and the clinic will not be responsible for any impact on the patient's health. All fees paid are non-refundable.
- The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel services and to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the clinic retains the final decision.
